- Is this just SEO with a new name?
- GEO is SEO fundamentals applied to AI answer surfaces, plus the off-site citation and entity work that AI models lean on.
- How long before we see anything?
- Model indexes refresh at different speeds. Fixes to your own site and structured data usually show up in four to six weeks. Third-party citation work takes longer, typically two to three months before it changes answers consistently.
- Can you actually guarantee we get mentioned?
- No, and be wary of anyone who does. We control the evidence the models read, not the models. What we do guarantee is a measured baseline, a documented set of fixes and a monthly report showing exactly which prompts moved.
- Which AI platforms do you track?
- ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini as standard. If your buyers use something else, we will add it to the tracked set.
- Do we need to rebuild our website?
- Almost never. Most of the work is additive — structured data, an entity-clear about page, comparison and FAQ content, and cleaning up how you are described elsewhere on the web.
- What if we already have an SEO agency?
- That is common and it works fine. We stay in our lane, share the technical changes we want made, and let them keep owning rankings and links.
- Is there a minimum contract?
- We agree terms on the call once we have both seen the audit, so you are not committing to anything before you know what the work involves. Bear in mind that the first month is largely baseline measurement and fixes, so GEO is not a one-month exercise.
